Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Maison Mangostan will be responsible to arrange the shipping of the Goods. All orders will be shipped via MBE Boxes to the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping fees will depend on weight and dimensions of the parcel.
Wholesale customer is responsible for paying both transport cost and any customs duties or taxes that may be related to the delivery of wholesale orders in their country, collected by foreign governments and agencies.
Maison Mangostan is responsible for making the goods available, suitably packaged, at their whorehouse on the following address: Pol. Industrial Cami del Mig, Industria n.1 str., 08349, Cabrera del Mar, Barcelona, Spain. Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer on completion of collection of the Goods.
Maison Mangostan is not responsible for any delays in delivery or failure to deliver, if this is caused by strikes, pandemics, labor troubles, war, fire, flood, storm, riots, accidents, regulations or orders of directives by any governmental body or any acts of God beyond Maison Mangostan’s control.
