Any Claim is acceptable within the first 7 days after receiving the Goods.
If the goods were damaged or missing during the transit, the wholesale customer must note it on the delivery proof and inform about the caused damage to Maison Mangostan withing 2 days after the receiving the Goods sending a Claim Report by email sales@maisonmangostan.com, including the customer details, delivery address, tracking number, description and photos of the damaged goods.
In a case of approving the claim report the request will be processed by issuing a credit note or changing the damaged or missing Products.
Maison Mangostan reserves the right reject your Claim Report because of containing incorrect or incomplete information about the damaged or missing goods or notifying the Maison Mangostan about the caused damage later than the first 2 days after receiving the Goods.
